What qualifications are required to rent?

Income:

Gross household income must be three (3) times the monthly rent or more
Verifiable income

Job History:

Must be able to verify current employment, if applicable

Rental History Requirements:

Must be in good standing with landlords (present and past), if applicable
Must NOT have any evictions or owe debt to previous landlords

Criminal History:

A criminal history will be run for all applicants over the age of 18
All arrests and/or criminal charges (regardless if convicted or not) must be disclosed on application

Credit Reports:

A credit report will be run for all applicants over the age of 18

Pet Policy:

Pet Policy is specific to the rental and all pets must be included on the application(s)
Non-refundable pet fee is required ($300 depending on the pet(s))

Rent Payment:

Must have a checking or savings account to pay rent electronically
